The role includes administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, supply, care plan, assessment, budget, and planning functions.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and maintaining compliance with all nursing and facility regulations and policies.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care facility
Current, unencumbered RN license in this state
Current CPR certification
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
