• The SHE Training Specialist manages the comprehensive Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training portfolio across AstraZeneca COO sites, ensuring compliant, role-based curricula with timely refresher cycles.
• This role serves as the technical owner of the Learning Management System (LMS) for SHE, leads onboarding programs, develops training content, governs vendor contracts, and drives continuous improvement through data analytics and innovative learning technologies including AI-enabled solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Safety/Environmental Sciences, or related field
• Working knowledge of GxP, OSHA/EHS
