Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are required to perform tasks such as measuring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and transporting residents.
The role involves maintaining confidentiality of protected health information and reporting any changes in resident condition or suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
