Review enquiry documents to establish a bid strategy in association with Capture Team Leaders to deliver the tender in an efficient manner, maximize Customers satisfaction and increase probability of success.
Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customer and region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
+10 years experience in renewable engineering projects
Proven experience managing complex tenders
Sound understanding of commercial management
Proven ability to lead contract negotiations
Ability to work in complex matrix organization
Good understanding of FIDIC and NEC3 contract types
