  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment for all Lisbon Hub location roles, across various technical and non-technical skillsets, partnering closely with hiring leaders, local HR across and matrixed global teams.
  • Leverage talent market data and industry insights to inform and optimize the recruitment strategy.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven success recruiting highly specialized positions
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and roles
  • Experience with Workday ATS strongly preferred
  • Recruitment background in global consumer electronics, SaaS companies or related industries
  • Experience participating in recruitment events
