• The Director, Strategic Accounts Sales is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level growth strategies across Galderma’s Aesthetic portfolio within a defined set of high-value, strategic accounts.
• This role requires exceptional executive presence, financial acumen, and strategic planning capabilities to expand market share, accelerate portfolio adoption, and secure long-term partnerships.

Salary

Base: $200,000-$230,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term incentive program; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO

• 12+ years progressive sales experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred
• Experience with private equity-backed healthcare organizations
• Valid driver's license required
