Job Summary

  • You’ll make a meaningful impact by designing, developing and continuously improving training and competency materials that reflect real‑world work practices.
  • This isn’t a traditional training delivery role. Instead, it’s a hands‑on opportunity to build, refine and bring structure to evolving training processes, ensuring they remain practical, relevant and fit for purpose.
  • Permanent role with a leading gold producer offering a 6% site allowance, quarterly bonus up to 10%, private health insurance allowance, 5 weeks annual leave, and long service leave after 5 years.
