The Benefits Manager will lead the design, policy development, and implementation of competitive benefits programs to support regional expansion in Canada and LATAM.
Base: $115,000 - $160,000 CAD per year (Canada); Bonus/Equity: Variable/incentive compensation + equity grants available; Benefits: Comprehensive physical and mental wellness, vacation, parental leave, and 401k equivalent.
