Job Summary

  • To deliver best practice in building physics and performance modelling throughout the business, we are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Building Physicist to join our dynamic Building Performance India team and contribute to our energy modelling work within the Building Advisory & Consultancy Service line across the UK.
  • We are looking for a talented individual with experience of decarbonising existing building stock, compliance with Part L and other relevant regulations at all RIBA stages through proficient usage of IES and SAP software and delivering autonomous project work to support the team.

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years' experience
  • Degree in Building Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
  • Accreditation with LCC, LCEA, OCDEA, Passivhaus, or NABERS
  • Achieved or working towards IEng or CEng status
  • Ability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance
