As a Capital Markets Associate you will be responsible for managing and negotiating equity and equity-linked off-board, large-scale transactions on behalf of the three CG investment groups

Job Summary

  • As a Capital Markets Associate you will be responsible for managing and negotiating equity and equity-linked off-board, large-scale transactions on behalf of the three CG investment groups.
  • You will be responsible for leading the investment group through CG’s equity capital markets (ECM) process and keeping the group informed of other public and private liquidity events.
  • You’ll receive a competitive salary, bonuses and benefits.
