Key Requirements
8+ years of direct-to-consumer lifecycle management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or technical field (or equivalent experience)
Experience leveraging AI-driven insights or machine learning models
Proven track record of driving lifecycle marketing strategy at scale
Strong analytical experience using various testing methodologies
Experience presenting channel strategy and campaign results to executive leadership
Experience in a regulated industry (FinTech, banking) highly preferred
