Job Summary
As Sr. Program Manager, you’ll interface with the client/government leadership on topics related to the project, provide overall direction/guidance to the project team, and perform all administrative functions related to government contracting.
You'll develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships, maintain lines of communication with government contracts staff, and assist in team development while holding teams accountable.
This role is eligible for additional compensation, including performance-based bonuses, company-paid training, and referral bonuses, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
