• The Manager Delivery Governance & Performance is accountable for the operation, quality, and continuous improvement of delivery governance, reporting, and portfolio health disciplines across the delivery portfolio.
• The role provides hands‑on leadership across executive and board reporting, risk and issue management, dependency and scope visibility, and delivery health insight.
• The role is a people leader of a small team (typically 2–3 direct reports) and is responsible for developing capability, setting clear expectations, and fostering a high‑performing, service‑oriented team culture.
