Perfection J TCM is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong West. We are looking for Full Time Administraton Manager. An Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily office and administrative operations of a company. They ensure smooth business operations, manage office staff, coordinate departments, and maintain company policies and procedures. Main Responsibilities Manage daily office administration & operations. Supervise administrative staff and office assistants Handle office facilities, maintenance, and suppliers Prepare reports, schedules, and company documents Coordinate HR, Recruitment, Budgets, petty cash. etc Maintain filing systems and company records Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Support management with operational and administrative tasks Provide support for office administrative duties, data-entry, answer phone/email and filing of documents. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned REQUIREMNT Bachelors or master's in business administration, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 1-6 years of relevant working experience Proficient in MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to multi-task, problem solving and meet deadlines. Good communication, leadership skills
