  • The Sustainability Director, North America is responsible for developing and executing the department’s strategic plan and vision, integrating sustainability strategies and policies across Business Units (BU) to achieve organizational success.
  • Lead customer and partner engagement across North America (NA), ensuring sustainability and access to care priorities actively influence pipeline progression, solution design, and deal outcomes.
  • Strengthen regional capabilities by delivering training, enablement of assets, and cross functional support that elevate the organization’s sustainability maturity.

Key Requirements
