Key Requirements

  • 10 years' experience with automotive thermal products
  • Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, refrigeration engineering or related
  • Experience in development of complex air conditioning and powertrain cooling products
  • Familiar with automotive industry development process and standards
  • Proven experience in leading development projects and team management
  • Fluent English language skills
