• The Student Services Specialist serves as a key representative of the Ohio State University College of Nursing at The Student Experience Hub, providing a primary driver of students’ first impressions of the college and university.
• This role involves independently triaging and resolving complex phone and email inquiries, interpreting and applying university policies, and coordinating critical project-based tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
• The position is onsite with occasional weekend work for tours and events, supporting college-wide objectives through collaboration with internal and external university departments.
