Job Summary

  • Define, lead and implement the hotel’s technical strategy, in strict compliance with Four Seasons standards, regulatory requirements and the Company’s CSR commitments.
  • Oversee all preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance operations across the property, serving as the technical authority in key disciplines.
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee major maintenance, renovation and continuous improvement projects while managing Opex and Capex budgets.
