Job Summary
Lead change initiatives from initiation through implementation and long-term sustainment to achieve meaningful business results.
Engage leaders, stakeholders, and impacted teams to ensure change is clearly understood, accepted, and embedded, fostering an engaged workforce that understands what the change means for both customers and employees.
Working closely with project stakeholders and Change Partners across the organization, this role will proactively identify risks and issues, recommend solutions, and develop action plans to ensure people-dependent benefits are realized and sustained.
