Must-have
15 years cGMP regulated environment experience
3 years team leadership in quality assurance
TGA or PIC/s regulatory knowledge
Validation and calibration management expertise
Change control and deviation handling
Nice-to-have
Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
Experience with technology transfer activities
Root cause analysis and investigation skills
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years cGMP experience
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
University degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Science
