As General Manager of Four Seasons Hangzhou at West Lake, you will provide leadership and management for all hotel personnel, accepting responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of hotel guests and employees.
You will develop strategies and programs to ensure the attainment of hotel goals and objectives, including submitting an annual marketing plan and preparing a comprehensive annual operating profit plan for all departments.
