  • You will be responsible for all aspects of Contract Administration for the construction of the Lyric Theatre Complex and Extended Basement works, in accordance with the Authority’s procedures.
  • The role will also involve the preparation and presentation of papers for the Client to obtain necessary financial and time related approvals.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Civil / Structural Engineer or Project Manager
  • Commercial and claims experience on major building projects
  • Experience with commercial risk identification, assessment, and management
  • Direct experience with time and cost related claims assessment
