The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Base: $21-26/hr based on experience; Bonus/Equity: Monthly bonus plan and on-call stipend; Benefits: $10,000 towards loan reimbursement, next day pay, multiple healthcare plans, PTO, and 401k with match
