Base: 173,400 – 214,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: eligibility for a target bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefits suite, including 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or graduate level degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital transformation
Proven success in leading enterprise-scale digital programs
Expertise in consumer data platforms, marketing automation, and AI-driven marketing solutions
Strong understanding of global marketing and sales ecosystems
Exceptional influencing, communication, and change management skills
Ability to synthesize marketing and sales information
