Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to work closely with product managers and manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and planning through development, launch, and continuous iteration.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams including Design, Engineering, QA, IT, Finance, and Customer Operations to deliver digital solutions and ensure product adoption.
  • Track and manage project delivery timelines, budgets, and KPIs while recommending enhancements to improve customer experience and ease of use.
