Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors and answer the telephone, limited to clerical duties at the reception/administrative area.
Essential duties include providing general administrative support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and tidying the reception area.
This position requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system, with no clinical involvement whatsoever.
