UNIX, Linux, Wintel, Perl/Shell scripting
SQL/PLSQL for data extraction
Shift work for 24x7 coverage

Cloud platform exposure (GCP)
Control-M scheduling tool experience
Team-oriented collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Prior experience in control room/command centre/IT operations
Experience with incident, problem, change, and knowledge management tools
Proficiency in creating performance reports and analyzing KPIs
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
