Job Summary

  • This role will create the opportunity for the right candidate to work closely with established quality leaders to build and implement visual management tools to manage work and create the needed escalation dashboards to communicate important quality messaging and signals.
  • The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to risk based prioritization and escalation within a commercial quality organization.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Develop and automate visual management tools
  • Create communication dashboards for escalations
  • Collect VOC on team KPIs and risk
  • Train team members and create playbook
  • Identify and set up tool repository
  • Data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Advanced Excel (including pivot tables and VBA)

Nice-to-have

  • Passion for analytics and solving business problems
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Understanding of database management
  • Understanding of data governance principles

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited program
  • Bachelors: $27/hour USD
  • Project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project. etc.)
