Job Summary
The WHS Site Manager will be responsible for partnering strategically with Site and Regional Operations leadership to drive company policies and ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and federal regulations.
By leveraging lean principles, kaizens, and data-driven insights, the WHS Site Manager will lead and influence continuous improvement initiatives to systematically eliminate conditional and ergonomic risk in our processes, ensuring a safe and healthful working environment for our Associates.
A successful WHS Site Manager will demonstrate the ability to build trust and credibility across multiple stakeholder groups, develop and mentor WHS talent, and drive cultural change through comprehensive risk assessments, advanced data analysis, and scalable solutions that extend beyond the site level.
