Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum three years property management experience
  • Minimum three years LIHTC experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) preferred
  • Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) preferred
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) preferred
  • Experience preparing for REAC inspections
  • Strong knowledge of IRS 8823 guide and HUD 4350.3 Manual
