Our Consulting Services department supports over 500 academic institutions through the initial onboarding of Digital Commons and provide ongoing customer support and training.
Responsibilities include welcoming new clients, guiding them with building Digital Commons repositories and publications, and collaborating with university faculty and librarians to launch new projects.
