  • This role supports the BPX Midstream team as a Procurement and Supply Chain Management Lead Category Manager, responsible for developing and executing strategies for assigned categories.
  • Key accountabilities include ensuring BPX and PSCM standards are implemented, managing supplier relationships, identifying and mitigating PSCM risks, and driving cost management and contract compliance.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Business, Engineering/technical discipline or equivalent
  • High school diploma with 8 years of additional proven experience
  • Strong analytical and oral/written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven understanding of systems such as Open Invoice, Ariba and SAP
  • Experience in programming and understanding micro and macro economics' impact on oil field categories is helpful
