Must-have

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP)
  • High School diploma plus 2 years direct respiratory care experience OR Associate's degree
  • Ability to don N95 masks, PAPR, or CAPR equipment
  • Capability to lift and carry 100+ lbs

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory care
  • ACCS, NPS, ACLS certifications
  • Collaborative teamwork environment
  • Commitment to diversity and patient care improvement

Key Requirements

  • Must hold CRT certification
  • Must hold current Arkansas LRCP license
