Job Summary

  • To lead and manage Central agency force to achieve the overall productivity, profitability and quality targets set by the Company.
  • Deliver mentoring and coaching to develop agency members in areas such as career advancement, selling skills, presentation skills, recruitment, and interpersonal skills.
  • Act as the communication link between agency members and the Company to ensure effective and efficient information flow, including acting as an intermediary to resolve agency issues and provide mitigation advice.
