Job Summary
The Winemaking Cellar Intern role is focused on process studies and improvement projects that will enhance quality, raise equipment performance and/or increase process capacity within the cellar, winemaking operation.
The position provides an opportunity to experience the operation of a modern, large winery and apply classroom studies to a real-world environment in a high paced environment.
Prepare a formal report of work performed, findings and conclusions and present said report to a group of TFE leaders.
