Key Requirements

  • Fellowship trained in total joint arthroplasty
  • ACGME or AOA accredited graduate medical education
  • ABMS or equivalent AOA Board Certification
  • Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain
  • BLS certification and DEA license
  • Completion of Intermountain Health credentialing
  • No Visa sponsorship available
