Job Summary
Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Gaming and Marketing Analytics team, leading analysts in in-depth statistical analysis to optimize gaming operations and marketing initiatives.
Regularly devises and implements Table Games, Gaming Machines, and VIP action plans, and designs and implements analytics plans for Resorts Marketing programs.
Manages and directs analysts to drive business intelligence projects, translates data into insights and insights into actions, and ensures Data Mart’s completeness and cleanliness.

At least 3 years in a supervisory position
Proven track record in BI or analytics implementation
Highly numerate and analytical role experience
Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, economics, or marketing
