Key Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer/Architect/Project Manager or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience managing design/construction
  • Experience on large infrastructure projects
  • APM PMQ (or equivalent) competence
  • Experience with NEC3 or 4 contracts
  • Familiarity with BIM and 3D modelling tools
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
