Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating lifestyle or recreational programs
  • Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia
  • Demonstrated ability to complete documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
  • Sound understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Sound understanding of continuous quality improvement practices
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current Driver’s Licence
