Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating lifestyle or recreational programs
Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia
Demonstrated ability to complete documentation and maintain accurate records
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety
Sound understanding of continuous quality improvement practices
Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent
