Administer patient assessments, oversee the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate the care plan as according to regulatory requirements, create the schedule for all Medicare and Medicaid, and start Medicare coverage for newly qualified patients or send out denial letters.
Direct the day to day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
