  • Continuously monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and networks using NOC tools to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Respond to and resolve technical incidents, escalating when necessary, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
  • Provide 24/7 coverage on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuity of service.
