McKinley Park Care Center is seeking a part-time Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, supervise assistants, and participate in care conferences. The role requires a licensed Speech Therapist with relevant education and skills in patient communication and treatment planning
Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral.
Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants in direct patient care and patient related activities, following state practice act.
Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
