Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving short‑term financial delivery and long‑term value creation through strong financial insight, performance management, and cross‑functional business partnering.
  • The Business Performance Manager ensures the quality, completeness, timeliness, and availability of financial and performance information, and works closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Purchasing teams to support margin improvement, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Leading and mentoring a team is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally
  • Proven experience in financial performance management and forecasting
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
