Job Summary
This role is accountable for the holistic design of Engineering tooling, SDLC workflows, AI Powered Engineering (AIPE) interactions, and Platform as Product experiences.
The Principal Designer will shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows—ensuring they are usable, coherent, scalable, and aligned to engineering standards and business outcomes.
This role will work with dedicated Product Owners across AI Powered Engineering, Engineering Practice, Engineering Tooling and Infrastructure teams to map end-to-end experience.
