This role drives excellence in medical quality, doctor engagement, and hospital performance across multiple sites in their assigned region, with a requirement for travel up to 60% of the time.
The RMD partners cross-functionally with Operations, People & Culture, Growth, Finance, IT and executive leadership to translate strategy into action.
