Job Summary
Support the OBIE Assurance program, interacting with business colleagues across all regional Commercial, Medical, Clinical, Research, Development, and support functions.
Lead and execute compliance audits, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up, and provide oversight to the Compliance Manager and vendors.
Identify opportunities to enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen compliance efforts and develop best practices to improve efficiency.

Salary
Base: $168,000 - $252,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and equity awards; Benefits: Market-leading benefits including PTO, educational assistance, 401(k)
