Fiserv is seeking a Risk Application Support Advisor to ensure the stability and performance of its card risk application platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UNIX/Linux and Java production support, with responsibilities including incident resolution, monitoring, and automation

Job Summary

  • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues quickly, partnering with global teams to maintain service continuity, meet SLAs, and support client needs.
  • Build and maintain automation and monitoring (scripts, alerts, Splunk/Dynatrace/ExtraHop integrations) to detect issues early, reduce mean time to resolution, and notify technical/product teams.
  • Drive reliability improvements including capacity planning, performance tuning, scaling/provisioning, execution of the Risk Disaster Recovery Plan, and continuous improvement of documentation, deployment/testing strategies, and RPA/automation integrations.
