Base: $71,100 - $97,800 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus incentive plan based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, disability, life insurance

Direct leadership experience with Medical Assistants and Front Office staff
Primary Care and full-risk Value-Based Care (VBC) experience
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Ability to manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Current CPR certification required
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
Basic knowledge of Population Health Strategy
Familiarity with Medicare regulations
Experience managing budgets over $500,000
