The Manager of Laboratory Sales is responsible for developing and executing new business concepts that generate additional revenue streams for Cleveland Clinic Laboratories (CCL).
This position leads the Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Physician Office sales teams—both high-performing groups focused on expanding CCL’s reach and strengthening partnerships.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Education, Medical Technology or related field
Seven years of experience in a Healthcare environment
Excellent clinical knowledge in laboratory tests
Excellent human relations, management, presentation and communications skills
Master's Degree preferred
3+ years of experience managing sales team with at least 10 direct reports preferred
