Job Summary
Responsible for management, supervision and development of production associates to achieve the organization objectives such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, ROCK and strategic focuses.
Ensure company policies are clearly communicated with the production team and ensure EHS and quality regulatory requirement compliance.
Manage machine capacity and people capacity, including associate work schedules, OT, time off, and vacations in alignment with order scheduling.
